Software downloaded from this site is always covered by one of the license agreements below.
All MBLM Software packages contain a "License.txt" file which contains the terms governing contents of the package.
MBLM Software packages that contain terms and conditions in addition to the agreements below will contain a "License Addendum.txt" file.
When you download a package please read the license agreement carefully.
MBLM's license agreements are designed to be reasonable, clear, transparent and simple to understand.
Please respect that much of MBLM's software is supplied free of charge, and those packages that are not free are, by market standards, very reasonably priced.

The license for this software requires no payment by the user to Michael Lang & Associates Pty Ltd or any other party.
This software is provided by the Michael Lang & Associates "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the copyright owner or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
This Agreement is effective for an unlimited duration unless and until earlier terminated as set forth herein. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the limitations or other requirements described herein. Upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE. You may terminate this Agreement at any point by destroying all copies of the SOFTWARE.

The following license agreement is supplied with packages that may be used free of charge for non-commercial purposes, or for a 30 day trial period for commercial purposes, on restrictions similiar to those in the MBLM Freeware Assemblies License Agreement.

In general terms the purpose of this license is to grant free use of this software package in situations where no corporate or personal profit is being made either directly or indirectly through its use. An identical package licensed for commercial use is available for a nominal fee.
NON-COMMERCIAL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

"SOFTWARE" means all components and source code within the package containing this license agreement.
"NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS" means business operations that are registered as non-profit organisations. Organisations will be non-profit where their constituent or governing documents prevent them from distributing profits or assets for the benefit of particular persons, both while they are operating and on winding up. These documents should contain acceptable clauses to indicate non-profit character. The organisation's actions must be consistent with this requirement. This applies to both direct and indirect gains. A non-profit organisation can still make a profit. However, any profit it makes must be used to carry out its purposes. The profits must not be distributed to owners, members or other private persons.
"NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSE" means use of this software for the purpose of directly generating profit or facilitating the generation of profit for an individual or business venture. Excluded from this definition is the purpose of using the software for teaching, academic research, personal experimentation, or use within "NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS". Examples of purposes excluded by this definition are running business operations (excluding NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS), licensing, leasing, or selling the SOFTWARE, or distributing the SOFTWARE for use with products that directly or indirectly generate profit for one or more individuals or businesses.
"COMMERCIAL PURPOSE" means any purpose other than that defined by "NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSE".

This License governs use of the SOFTWARE. Use of the SOFTWARE constitutes acceptance of this license agreement.
You may use the SOFTWARE for any NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSE, subject to the RESTRICTIONS in this license.
The SOFTWARE may be used for a COMMERCIAL PURPOSE, subject to the RESTRICTIONS in this license, without charge for a period of 30 days in order to evaluate the SOFTWARE. Upon expiration of the 30 days, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and the Documentation.
You may not use the SOFTWARE or any derivative works in any form for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES beyond the 30-day evaluation period. Continued use of the SOFTWARE for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES beyond this 30-day evaluation period is in violation of Australian, U.S.and international copyright laws.
